Software Testing Controller - Performance Testing - 1500008Q
Job Purpose
The role requires expert level understanding of Performance Testing and good knowledge on Performance Engineering practices. Additionally, candidate should be able to define performance test strategy for all types of solutions (custom development, product implementations, SaaS etc.), create performance test results that can be easily understood by senior management and articulate performance characteristics to non-technical users. Experience in HP Performance Center/HP Loadrunner is mandatory. The job holder will manage a team of performance test engineers to deliver performance testing services across overall work program of projects and maintenance initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Information Technology/Other : 5+ YearsDegree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) :
Experience in IT Testing function Knowledge/skills: IT Quality Management Testing methodologies and frameworks Understanding of Test Automation IT measures and metrics (KPIs).
