Project Manager
- Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle.(planning to close out)
- Overall leadership of the project team ensuring safely, timeliness, and to-cost delivery of the projects
- Responsible to ensure the delivered products meet the needs of the stakeholders, both internal and external
- Directs the project planning, budget; design; construction and approval processes
- Runs the project schedule and negotiates interdependencies.
- Co-ordinates with all parties involved with the project; internal departments, consultants and contractors
- Conducts the project management plan ensuring stakeholders are considered
- Monitors progress against targets and solves complex issues between stakeholders
- Manages project budgets and reports progress against budget
