Project Manager

  • Responsible for managing a project through the project life cycle.(planning to close out)
  • Overall leadership of the project team ensuring safely, timeliness, and to-cost delivery of the projects
  • Responsible to ensure the delivered products meet the needs of the stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Directs the project planning, budget; design; construction and approval processes
  • Runs the project schedule and negotiates interdependencies.
  • Co-ordinates with all parties involved with the project; internal departments, consultants and contractors
  • Conducts the project management plan ensuring stakeholders are considered
  • Monitors progress against targets and solves complex issues between stakeholders
  • Manages project budgets and reports progress against budget
