Human Resource Business Partner - Manufacturing
1. JOB DETAILS:
- Position Title: Human Resource Business Partner - Manufacturing
- Reports To: Group Human Resources Business Partner
2. JOB PURPOSE:
To support the Group HRBP in strategic HR initiatives/projects, with a particular focus on Talent Management processes and delivery. To act as Change Agent in managing Organisational Change where this relates to HR related activities.- Provide advice on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures, job role design, outsourcing and human resource forecasting in order to improve cost / efficiency and meet present / evolving needs
- Embed a performance management culture within the BU as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback and alignment with business goals
- Design and implement human resources policies, procedures and programs necessary to ensure key stakeholder engagement and performance
- Support the BUs in identifying business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs
- Support management with employee development, succession planning and talent retention and coach on issues such as performance, absence, discipline and grievances
- Support HR business process excellence initiatives and facilitates cross functional process improvement
- Recruitment of key talents for the BU including strategy, selection and assessment of candidates
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Qualification- Reputable university degree in HR or related discipline
- Preferably CIPD or SHRM qualified
- 5 years experience in a generalist role
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- Exceptional commercial awareness and business acumen
- Skilled in HR analysis and/or reporting
- Proficient in the full spectrum of generalist HR skills
- Arabic language skills strongly preferred
