Travel Desk Officer - Sharjah
•Adhering to company service guidelines & managing
travel bookings with stay arrangements for business
travelers, should be able to provide superior and a
consistent quality of travel services.
•Handle complex transactions and advise travelers on
the finer points of difficult itineraries, as well as
provide them with efficient travel solutions and up to
date information.
•Negotiate with domestic and international
hotels/agents and maintain relationship. Arranging
hotel bookings and transfers for business travels and
corporate guests
•Well aware of geographical locations/destinations and
travel regulations
•Provide information about local/international features
such as shopping, rental cars, dining and recreational
destinations.
•Necessary assistance to HR /Admin department from time
to time.
•Demonstrate strong sense of urgency while maintaining
exemplary detail accuracy under pressure.
•Ability to maintain relations with a positive attitude.
•Ability to work well in a structured team environment.
•Capable of prioritizing, multi-tasking, and handling
high volume effectively whilst efficient follow-up
skills.
•Demonstrate highly professional attitude and personal
presentation in all verbal and written communications.
