Department
You will be part of the Human Resources team reporting to the Director of Human Resources


Job Description
As a Hotel Nurse you will be responsible will be but not limited to the following;

1. Receiving all sick/injured employees in the Hotel Clinic and treating them accordingly.

2. Assist the Visiting Doctor during emergency – when and where applicable

3. Handling emergency cases in the Hotel / Staff Accommodation. Accidents and injuries will need to be referred to appropriate Hospital.

4. Handling with emergency cases for the Hotel Guests.

5. Following up with the assigned hospitals and clinics in case of referrals, procedures, laboratory, X-ray or admissions for the hotel staff.
In case of admission to any private hospital, the concerned Doctor must be informed of the medical / surgical cases in order to make a medical report and transfer the patient to the Government hospital.

6. Reviewing monthly invoices from the assigned hospitals and clinics. and, if there is any City Ledger for the employees, the Account Department must be informed.

7. Preparing daily petty cash re imbursement monthly sick leave report. Submits daily and weekly Medical Reports to the Director of Human Resources.

8. Ordering and Refilling the First Aid boxes in the departments, outlets and Guests Floors with required items as per law


Requirements
You must at least have high school diploma and minimum 2 years experience in hotel industry. Gulf experience is an advantage.
You have the ability to provide legible communication and ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.

Qualifications;

Certified in BLS
Diploma in Nursing
DHA licensed
