The job responsibilities include: Coordinate with PRO in matters related to employment / visit visa, labor card & health card renewal. Follow up with PRO for MOL Approval status. Handling Medical Insurance. Handling Air ticket. Employee Welfare Actively involved to release the HR News Letter. Manage and maintain payroll database and payroll records in line with Finance Department. Initiate and process payroll runs as per payroll calendar. Performance Management Monitor and implement disciplinary actions & procedures. Coordinating the Training activity to improve the Performance.
